It is my privilege to be a part of any special moment and I afford all my ceremonies with the same dedicated service as I would a wedding.
As your wedding celebrant, I commit to providing a service that is respectful, professional, courteous, honest and confidential, I will;

Work with you to individually create a perfect and memorable ceremony that reflects your needs, values and beliefs

Ensure your ceremony addresses relevant legislative and regulatory requirements

Travel and venture anywhere for your perfect ceremony location

Liaise with you when you need, in person, via phone, email or other social media

Provide you with inspirational poems, readings and music samples

Co-ordinate and conduct a ceremony rehearsal if required

Presentation copy of your ceremony

Make myself available at your ceremony location to greet and assist your guests and ensure all is in order for your ceremony to begin on time.

Present your Marriage Certificate with elegant hand written detail

Provide a signing table, chair/s and pen for your ceremony (various options are available)

Utilise my Bose PA system where necessary to ensure your ceremony is audible to all guests via a handheld microphone

Upon prior arrangement, play your supplied music through my PA system

Complete and submit all legal documents

Give you the confidence that your decision to choose me as your celebrant was the right one.
Information applicable to all wedding ceremony packages

I am available 7 days a week for liaison and ceremonies. I am available 6 days, Monday-Saturday for meetings.

A $150.00 deposit is required on confirmation of your booking, this fee secures the day and time of your ceremony. The balance is payable 14 days prior to your ceremony.

My office is located in the rural district of Northdown Tasmania, opposite Ghost Rock Vineyard. I am 10 minutes from Devonport Airport and the Spirit of Tasmania, near the seaside town of Port Sorell. I am willing to travel to your ceremony location anywhere in Australia. Travel to your ceremony is FREE within a 50km round trip of my office, travel costs apply thereafter, please ask for a Statement of Fees.

Costs associated with purchasing or hiring additional items at your request will be charged in addition to ceremony fees.

A written quote titled 'Statement of Fees' will be emailed to you upon your enquiry.
Your wedding ceremony checklist...

Receive a written quote 'Statement of Fees' specific to your ceremony location.

If required, arrange a telephone or video call to discuss the possibility of me being your celebrant.

If you are happy for me to be your celebrant, confirm your booking with a non-refundable $150 deposit asap.

Receive from me ceremony resource material and ceremony examples to help us prepare the perfect ceremony for you.

Provide me with your photographic proof of identity, e.g. a drivers license, passport or proof of age/photo card.

Provide me with original copies of proof of your place and date of birth. This may be your birth certificate or passport.

Provide me with original copies of evidence of the end of your most recent previous marriage. This may be a death certificate or nullity or dissolution documents if divorced.

We will complete your NOTICE OF INTENDED MARRIAGE (NOIM) at least 1 month (and up to 18 months) prior to your ceremony.

Per section 42 (5A) of the Marriage Act 1961, I need to provide you with a copy of the brochure titled HAPPILY EVER... BEFORE AND AFTER.

We need to review and agree on final ceremony copy.

You need to provide me with the full names of your two witnesses aged 18 years and over.

You need to pay the balance of fees at least 14 days prior to your ceremony.

You need to sign your final declaration of no legal impediment to marry.

If required, attend a walk through of your ceremony in my office (marrying couple only) or an onsite bridal party rehearsal at your ceremony location (travel fees apply).
