I am Janelle Wilson, a Commonwealth Registered Civil Marriage Celebrant living on Tasmania's North West Coast. My home/office is situated in the rural district of Northdown, located between Devonport and Port Sorell. I am 49 years young and I am married with 3 children.
I am an outgoing and energetic person and I love to treat all aspects of life with an enthusiastic approach. I am discreet and caring towards others and I like to make people feel at ease and comfortable in my presence. I maintain high standards of professionalism in both personal presentation and conduct and I am extremely reliable and thorough.
I am a dedicated mother and wife and enjoy the family unit that my husband and I have created for our family. My career as a full-time Marriage Celebrant affords me the privilege of an active role within the community. I take very seriously the legal and social responsibilities of my role and it allows me to support others on their journey into marriage.
Professional background
Upon completing studies in both Human Resources and Business Management my previous roles have focused around client representation.
Before becoming a Marriage Celebrant I was an Executive Account Manager with Australia's largest privately owned paperboard-packaging manufacturer. My role was to establish and maintain client relationships and I managed these based on the principles of trust. Through developing and delivering regular presentations, public speaking formed an integral part of my role. My conduct and work ethic led to long and productive client relations and long service with a company I respected.
